Hey, I'm Tristan, a creative lead with over 9 years experience in Art Direction and Design, agency side and in-house.

I'm a creative lead with over nine years across art direction, design and brand. My work has lived in global campaigns for ASICS, Philips and Unilever, in pitches for Formula 1, NHS, Samsung and HSBC, and most recently in the founding creative role at a healthtech company scaling chronic care across three regions.

Ideas matter. The ones that hold a brand together across platforms, countries and cultures, and earn attention rather than chase it. That belief is the thread through everything I've worked on.

I studied Graphic Design at Arts University Bournemouth, then cut my teeth at Ogilvy Paris supporting senior creatives on Louis Vuitton and Perrier. From there I was one of 14 accepted onto Ogilvy London's Creative Internship programme from over 3,000 applicants. At Ogilvy London I worked primarily across the Unilever account as a hybrid creative on Dove, Hellmann's and Comfort, with pitches spanning Formula 1, NHS, Samsung, HSBC and a range of FMCG, sports, luxury and personal care brands.

That's where I first worked with Gerry Human, former Global ECD at Ogilvy, who hired and mentored me on the Philips account before I followed him to help start Agit8 Media from his kitchen. As his first creative hire, we pitched and won the ASICS European account in our first year.

For the last four years I've been founding creative at Reset Health, a healthtech company specialising in chronic care for the NHS, pharmaceutical and B2B sectors. I lead brand and creative across the business, working closely with commercial and clinical teams to translate a complex care model into a brand that has scaled from the first 50 patients to more than 80,000 across the UK, Europe and Malaysia.

My sweet spot is the join between creative and commercial. Working end-to-end with product, sales and marketing, holding the brand steady while the business moves fast, and making sure every touchpoint earns its place.
